The properties are located in a number of different locations and have a total lettable area of ​​approximately 161,000 square meters and total rental income of approximately SEK 65 million.

The properties have a number of different tenants. The average remaining lease term is approximately 3.3 years and the economic occupancy rate is approximately 85 percent. The acquisition is intended to be financed with existing liquidity and new loan financing.

Access takes place at the end of the first quarter of 2020. The transaction is carried out as a company acquisition, where the properties are owned by companies whose only business consists of owning these properties. The purchase price amounts to the presented underlying property value. Colliers, Glimstedt and Nordic PM have acted as advisors in the transaction for the Industrial Society.
