A. Enggard Constructs Municipal Building in Aarhus

Denmark — A. Enggard has won the public procurement for a large municipal administrations building in Gellerupparken in Aarhus. The sum amounts to €90,5 M (MDKK 675).

The municipal building is assessed to be finished during 2018 and will then be an essential part of the new plan for Gellerupparken and Toveshøj. The 40,000 sq.m large building will hold the municipal institution for technology and environment as well at he municipal department for social issues and employment as well as police. A total of approximately 1,000 people will work in the building.
