The project comprises a seven-story office building and an eight-story hotel for a total of 22,700 gross m2. The new office building will stand next to the existing office building and the hotel which will be connected to the new offices.

“We are very proud to be building these buildings and demonstrate the expertise we have gained through past experience from erecting many office buildings in the region around Helsinki during the last few years,” says Marko Rinkinen, Region Manager Peab Finland.

The project is a turnkey contract and construction on the office building will begin March 2020 and on the hotel in June 2020. Occupation of the offices is planned for October 2021 and January 2022 for the hotel.

The project will be order registered in the first quarter 2020.
