A company managed by Fincap has sold a private clinic and hospital property to Evli Healthcare I fund. The property is located in the city centre of Pori and is fully refurbished during 2018-2019. The floor area of the property is 4,200 square meters. In addition, the property includes 1,500 square meters of unused building right.

The property is fully leased to Mehiläinen with a long lease agreement. Due to newly refurbished building, Mehiläinen Pori is able to provide also dentist clinic, MRI, operating rooms and emergency duty as new services to its clients.
