Agat Ejendomme has conditionally sold an upcoming apartment project at Østre Havn in Aalborg. The new project is an apartment project of 5,675 sqm. This is a 12-storey point house with a total of 86 apartments. The project has been sold to a private investor and the selling price is DKK 160.2 million. This includes the purchase of 66 parking spaces in a neighboring parking garage.

The site plan for the project was adopted in February 2020. The project was designed by Norconsult Architects, and the quality level reflects the attractive location at Østre Havn overlooking the Limfjord.

The project is being built and sold in a partnership with the Danish shipping and industrial group Lauritzen Gruppen, where Agat Ejendomme's profit share is 70 percent. The physical construction of the project will commence in the spring of 2020 and transfer to the investor is expected to take place in the autumn of 2021.

The project sale contributes to the Group's profit creation in the financial year 2021/22.
