The three residential properties include 150 rental homes and 4 commercial leases. The properties are under construction and are expected to be completed during the period October 2020 to February 2021. Rental of housing in the area has already begun.
“The construction along Amager Strandvej is the last before the area is fully completed, and therefore we are experiencing great interest in the area from both domestic and foreign investors. On Amager Strandvej we have previously sold three residential properties to Danish investors as well as a large commercial property to a German fund. With the sale of the three residential properties, we have only a single residential property and a parking cellar left before we have sold everything on Amager Strandvej," says Thomas Færch, CEO of Gefion Group.
The sale of the three residential properties to Europe Capital's core fund has been mediated by Cushman & Wakefield / RED, while Accura and Bruun & Hjejle have assisted the buyer and seller respectively.
Keystone Investment Management has represented the buyer in the deal.
