The portfolio was largely built during the 1940s-1960s and comprises almost 67,400 square meters of lettable area at a rental value of approximately SEK 74.5 million. The portfolio consists of about 75 percent of homes where all homes are rented. The commercial area is leased to 90 per cent of public operations with an average weighted term of 6.3 years.

Klarabo finances the transaction through the recently completed new share issue, bank loans and equity. The transaction contains no financing terms. Admission takes place on July 1.
Following the acquisition, Klarabo manages a total of 2,680 rental apartments and associated premises throughout the country, corresponding to approximately 208,000 square meters. In addition, the company has building rights corresponding to more than 1,000 apartments in different planning stages.
