Over the last 14 years, Andreea Kaiser and Ludvig Find have built ELF Development into a solid player in the Danish property development market. With successes such as IrmaByen in Rødovre, Amager Strand and several major projects in Herlev and Copenhagen, the time has now come to the next chapter in the company's development. They have always had international ambitions for ELF and in order to focus on concept development and international expansion, they have now decided to establish and join a group management with overall international responsibility for ELF Development. To lead the Danish organization in the future, the company has hired former COO and Partner at Sadolin & Albæk, Jan Kristensen.

Jan Kristensen is originally from Aarhus. After starting as a broker in Sadolin & Albæk, in 2004 he became a partner and in 2009 COO, and over the next nine years developed Sadolin & Albæk to become the most serious real estate adviser in Denmark.

He starts at ELF on August 10 and from that date together with CFO Kristian Hare will form the Danish Executive Management Team, which in the coming years will focus on innovation-driven growth and building the organization in Aarhus, where the company has already acquired the first plots. Andreea Kaiser and Ludvig Find both become co-CEOs of the ELF Group, which in general manages both Danish and foreign activities.

While Jan is given full management responsibility for Denmark from day one, Andreea and Ludvig will continue their daily lives at the Danish headquarters next year, where they will have a strategic focus on global growth, concept development and branding.
