Cibus Nordic Real Estate's CEO, Sverker Källgården, comments:

"Including this acquisition we have so far this year made acquisitions in Finland for over EUR 70 million, clearly above our growth target of EUR 50m annually. In addition to this, we bought the Coop-portfolio for approximately EUR 180 million, our first acquisition in Sweden. It is a proof of strength by Cibus that we can continue to grow during these uncertain times. We are fully refinanced with a good cash position and look forward to the opportunities that will occur in the market."

Including this acquisition, the company assesses the NOI on a yearly basis in the earnings capacity per 1st of July 2020 to be EUR 64,9 million.
