Cosmo Ejendomme was set up by companies owned by Casper Kirk Johansen, Aage Tang-Andersen and Jesper Vedsø Krogh.
The portfolio includes 81 properties, comprising approximately 72,000 sqm and approximately 900 rental units, primarily rental flats.
Overall, the properties comprise some 72,000 sqm space. 76 of the properties are located in Aarhus and include 650 residential rental units in total, while the remaining five properties are located in the Copenhagen area and include some 250 rental units.
Aage Tang-Andersen and Jesper Vedsø Krogh, who have been acting as property managers on the portfolio since late 2008, will continue to handle property operations.
Aage Tang-Andersen states:

The properties were sold in a structured sales process handled by Sadolin & Albæk, with the portfolio offered for sale in May 2015.
