Catella Property Oy acted as Senate Properties’ advisor in the divestment on their shares of Kiinteistö Oy Haapaniemenkatu 7-9 to a domestic investor.

The premises of the transaction included 4,400 sqm office space and were located on floors 2-7. In addition, 510 sqm of basement premises was included.

The property is located on Merihaka area at the address Haapaniemenkatu 7-9, Helsinki. The current building was built in 1976 to serve as an office and the purpose of usage will remain the same.
