Property investment company Julius Tallberg-Kiinteistöt completed two acquisitions in late August. Firstly, the company bought an educational property in the Northern Tapiola area in Espoo. The 6,800 sqm property was completed in 1994, and it was sold by Laurea University of Applied Sciences in the sale-and-leaseback deal. The property remains to be occupied by the Otaniemi Campus of Laurea University of Applied Sciences. CBRE acted as commercial advisor to the seller.

Secondly, Julius Tallberg-Kiinteistöt bought a 15,300 sqm logistics and warehouse property in Hyvinkää. The property was sold by Suka Oy, and it is entirely occupied by Onninen Oy that is part of the Kesko Group. The first part of the property was completed in 1994, and it has been extended in 1997, 2001 and 2004.
