Pension Danmark purchases a property on Lersø Parkallé in Copenhagen. The property encompasses 26,000 sqm and largest tenants are Danske Bank, Egmont and CSC. The seller is Danske Bank.

Pension Danmark also purchases a new retail and office property at Nytorvet in Aalborg, from Nordjyske Ejendomme. The largest tenant is Ankestyrelsen.
