The properties, which are located at Roskildevej 10-12, Rønnevangsalle 6, Gefionsvej 6-8 and Huginsvej 1, 3400 Hillerød, total approx. 16,500 sqm commercial lease. The properties already have many good tenants, but also approx. 9,000 sqm which are vacant.
