PensionDanmark Purchases Hotel in Roskilde

Denmark — PensionDanmark purchases the Comwell hotel in Roskilde for MDKK 257 (€ 36 M). This is their first hotel investment.

The seller is the AKF Group.

The property previously housed Roskilde University, but in was in 2002 reconstructed and became a hotel with conference possibilities. The hotel encompasses 159 rooms, 12,500 sqm.

PensionDanmark has a property portfolio of approximately DKK 16 billion (€ 2.1 billion).
