The property is located in the city centre of Vaasa, next to the market square. The construction work of the modern six-storey medical centre is under way and will be completed in the fall of 2021. The floor area of the building will be approximately 4,200 square metre. In addition, 52 parking spaces in the parking garage are included in the transaction.
The property has been fully leased to Mehiläinen Oy with a 20-year lease agreement. The building will comprise premises for a medical centre, occupational health services, hospital and dental services. The property is being constructed by YIT Suomi Oy.
The transaction price is EUR 20 million.
