Denmark — A 40,000 sqm office building will be erected as a PPP project (Public Private Partnership) in central Copenhagen.

This is one of the largest PPP projects in Denmark.

The investors behind the construction are state property agency Bygningsstyrelsen, Nordea Liv & Pension, Pædagogernes Pensionskasse and Lægernes Pensionskasse. The builder is A. Enggaard.

The engineer contractor Caverion has now signed a 20 year operating agreement worth MDKK 600 (€80 M).

The building will house Energistyrelsen, Banedanmark, Trafikstyrelsen and Vejdirektoratet and is expected to the finished in 2018.
