Folketrygdfonden's share manager Nils Bastiansen writes in an email to Dagens Industri:

"Folketrygdfondet believes that Entra has significant potential for value-creating and attractive projects and properties in Norway that are not fully reflected in the bids".

"As the largest owner, Folketrygdfondet wants to continue working to realize the company's full value creation potential."

The company's second largest owner is Castellum, which in connection with the company presenting its bid stated that it had bought 8.2 percent of the company from the Norwegian state (Ministry of Industry and Fisheries).
