Skanska Invests €37 M in Ørestad

Denmark — Skanska Invests €37 M in the First Phase of Office Project in Ørestad City. The first phase will have a leasable area of around 11,500 sqm office space, of which Sweco Danmark will rent 10,500 sqm from april 2018.

The second phase will add about 12,800 sqm. The project is expected to receive a DGNB Gold certification.

Construction of the first phase is due to start in April 2016 and is scheduled for completion April 2018.

The company’s operations are concentrated in the three metropolitan regions in Sweden, the Copenhagen region in Denmark, the Oslo region in Norway, as well as Helsinki in Finland. The development of logistic properties are conducted in strategic locations in Sweden.
