This according to Sadolin & Albæk’s Copenhagen property markets report 2016.
“International investors accounted for approximately half of the acquisitions and were especially dominant in the retail segment. But we see a continued interest from international investors for residential rental and lately we have also seen an increasing interest in office properties – a segment, that previously has been dominated by Danish institutional investors", the report says.
