The total rental income amounts to SEK 34.3m with an operating net of SEK 28.2m. The total lettable area amounts to approximately 22,000 sqm. The Finnish properties are primarily located in southwestern Finland. The average contract length for the community service properties amounts to just over 13 years and just over 75 per cent of the properties have been built within the last five-year period.
