A. Enggaard A/S, Nordea Ejendomme and Caverion build and run the new office building for Bygningsstyrelsen, while Nordea Liv & Pension, PBU and Lægernes Pensionskasse are the project’s investors.

Nexus Cph will be 60,000 sqm and is expected to be finished in 2018.

The building will be a landmark, an entrance to central Copenhagen and will be one of the largest buildings on Kalvebod Brygge Vest and visible from the roads along Kalvebod Brygge and from trains entering and leaving Copenhagen.

The building will be erected with focus on sustainability, low energy and resources.  The building meets the newest building standards and is supplied with solar cells, it reduces CO2 emissions, is durable and uses recyclable materials as well as light sources with low energy consumption.

The construction on Kalvebod Brygge is a Public Private Partnership and encompasses financing, establishment and ongoing management. The contract was signed for 20 years. Nordea Liv & Pension is the largest investors in the Kalvebod Brygge project.
