In Malmö, a contract has been signed to acquire a property with a strategic location in the area Bulltofta for an underlying property value of SEK 32 million. The property, Malmö Flygbasen 2, has a lettable are of 1,871 sq.m. and is fully let. Transfer of possession is planned to be on 1 July 2021.
