The properties comprise 15,500 square meters of housing. A total of 242 rental apartments and 5,700 square meters of premises are included. In addition, a centrally located building right of 5,000 square meters with 48 apartments is included. Six of the properties are located just north of the city center, three just south and one in the city center. The rental value amounts to approximately SEK 26.6 million. The seller is Klara Framtid AB and access is expected to take place during July 2021.

Before the acquisition, Amasten manages 181 apartments in Eskilstuna and has 152 apartments under new construction, which will be completed in 2022.

There are also great opportunities for value-creating management in the acquired properties.
