The properties are the multi tenant building Company House I Kejby and a property in central Aarhus where the revision firm BDO Danmark has their office.

The properties encompass approximately 23,600 sqm office spaces and 4,600 sqm other areas.

"We are very happy with this investment, which is our first in Aarhus. It correlates well with our ambition to spread the real estate investment geographically. These are two high quality properties in good locations. We believe that this investment gives a good and stable yield" says Torben Möger Pedersen, CEO at Pension Danmark.

"It pleases us to be able to hand over the properties to Pension Danmark, which is one of Denmark's largest and most well renowned real estate owners. We are positive that the tenants will get a good future cooperation with them" says Torben Black, CEO at CW Obel Eiendomme.
