With a 360-degree sea view, a large lush conservatory in the house's atrium and a metro station close by, the employees in PFA's upcoming office building Spidsen will have good conditions.

The office building, designed by Vilhelm Lauritzen Arkitekter and Cobe, will be completed in 2023 and ready to open its doors to employees from Denmark's leading energy infrastructure company, Copenhagen Infratructure Partner.

They are doing this at the same time as the law firm Bech-Bruun, which already in 2019 signed a lease agreement with PFA.

“At PFA, we are incredibly proud that another prominent tenant has chosen to move their company to NordØ. It is quite unique that we can report almost sold out two years before moving in on a project of more than 55,000 sqm. In addition to Spidsen, we at PFA have also built another office building and 115 apartments on Nordø, and here we have just 4,000 sqm of offices and approx. 50 apartments left. It has exceeded all expectations. Huge thanks to those involved who have created a product that has been in great demand,” says Mikael Fogemann, Head of Real Estate at PFA.
