Mette Seifert will contribute to supporting investment strategies and creating strong results for the company’s institutional investors via DEAS’ strong pan-Nordic platform and network.

Mette Seifert is a well-known profile within the real estate industry. She contributed to build M7 Real Estate in Denmark, where until recently she was CEO and partner. She was responsible for the company’s Nordic activities with a focus on value-add investments in multi-user properties within the industrial and logistics segments, in particular. Mette Seifert also worked for Aberdeen Asset Management for six years, most recently as fund manager.

Mette Seifert joins on 30 August 2021, taking the helm from Benny Buchardt Andersen, who has been CEO of DEAS Asset Management A/S since 2018 and is now leaving the company.

Most recently, he has been part of the central team that helped us enter the Nordic market with the acquisition of Aberdeen Standard Investments’ Nordic property activities,” adds Rikke Lykke.
