The current Deputy CEO, Gurmo Endale, has chosen to terminate his position at the company.

“I welcome Fredrik Westin to the position of Deputy CEO and at the same time I would like to thank Gurmo Endale who has made a significant contribution to what Magnolia Bostad is today. Gurmo Endale will remain in the company until the end of November and I wish him the best of luck in future. Magnolia Bostad is in a growth phase focusing on property for self-management; we have a strong organization and a building rights portfolio of over 25,000 building rights.
