PKA manages pension capital worth DKK 235 (€31 billion).

The property portfolio encompasses DKK 18,9 billion (€2,54 billion), of which MDKK 262 applies to youth housing.

“It is not necessarily the best investment financially, but we think we can combine a socially responsible investment with something we can defend financially at the same time” Nikolaj Stampe, Property Manager at PKA says to Ritzau.

PKA wants to increase the investment level in regards to youth housing.

“How much we will invest obviously depends on if we find interesting projects. But we are building a larger portfolio of youth housing.”
