The acquired property Bälinge Ekeby 1:2 is adjacent to Aros Bostad’s existing property Gystad 1:13. The zoning plan, which embraces both properties, is expected to gain legal force during the first quarter of 2023. The production start is estimated for the second quarter of 2023.  

The property is acquired through a joint venture (50/50) with Profura Fastigheter AB. The seller is Södra mark och hus AB.
