Today, Freja Ejendomme has put the first six properties at Flyvestation Skrydstrup on the market. The properties are part of a total of 117 properties, which due to the arrival of the new F-35 fighters at Skrydstrup Air Base have the opportunity to either apply for cash compensation, have noise isolation measures taken or let the property be voluntarily purchased by the Danish state. The six properties Freja Ejendomme is currently putting up for sale, originate from this very scheme.

"We have had a good and close collaboration with Freja Ejendomme on the transfer and further operation of the first properties in Skrydstrup and we look forward to a continued good collaboration" says Christian Walter, Head of Property Section, Ministry of Defense Property Agency.

"The sale of these homes is a task we approach with great humility, and it will be done with openness to the residents in the area, in close dialogue with Haderslev Municipality and in collaboration with the local brokers who are in charge of the sale" says Christina Jørgensen, CEO in Freja Ejendomme.

In addition to the close collaboration with the Ministry of Defence's Property Agency, Freja Ejendomme has been in ongoing dialogue with Haderslev Municipality about the forthcoming sales process in the area.

“We have had a really good dialogue with Freja Ejendomme and we are pleased that they have outsourced the task to three local real estate agents. We are aware that this is a complex task, and therefore we in the City Council have a special focus on the area to ensure that it is also a good place to live in the future. At the same time, we believe that the strong local community around Skrydstrup will help attract new residents. ” says H. P. Geil (V), mayor of Haderslev Municipality.

In addition to the six properties at Skrydstrup Air Base, Freja Ejendomme is currently putting three other properties on the market. In Zealand, this is a country estate by Gørløse, which in addition to private housing has five operating buildings. The property is centrally located in North Zealand and is ideal for the self-employed. The property comes from the Danish Nature Agency.

Close to Køge you can now buy a larger horse property, where in addition to private housing you get horse stables, riding arena and a larger outdoor area for riding. The property comes from Banedanmark.

Finally, Freja Ejendomme is today putting a property up for sale in the village of Lønborg, west of Tarm on Jutland's West Coast. The property is located in the middle of beautiful nature and with a view of Skjern Å. This property comes from the Danish Nature Agency.
