Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG) is the architect behind the AARhus project.

Apart from the 254 apartments with an exceptionally exciting architecture, a new living urban space is created. The interest in the project apartments, with a value exceeding DKK 1 billion, is described as huge.

The project is carried through by a cooperation between property developers Kilden og Mortensen, BIG, Gehl Achitects, Aarhus municipality and a row of local actors.
