“In Sundbyberg, we are investing in our urban development project Umami Park where we are constructing about 1,000 apartments. We have now decided to sell our two other properties in Sundbyberg which we have owned for a long time, where we have carried out extensive technical renovations and it feels good to now pass the baton to a secure and stable property owner such as SBB. Sundbyberg is an exciting municipality and we would like to build even more there in the future,” says Mathias Aronsson, Regional Director Stockholm and Uppsala and Vice CEO of Wallenstam.

The following properties are included in the transaction with SBB:

# Sundbyberg Fjällnäset 14 with the address Högklintavägen 9-11

# Sundbyberg Lärkan 14 with the address Kolonivägen 2-4/Skogsbacken 1-3/Tulegatan 8-14/Ängsstigen 1-7
