K-Fastigheter plans to build approximately 95 rental apartments in the Group’s proprietary Lateral Low-Rise buildings in Höör, central Skåne. There is a legally binding zoning plan and K-Fastigheter expects to start construction in the last quarter of 2022.

K-Fast Fogdaröd 8:32 AB, a subsidiary of K-Fastigheter has entered into an agreement with Fogdaröd Projektutveckling AB for the acquisition of the property Fogdaröd 8:32 in Höör. Mjöbäcks Entreprenad and Väststugan holds each 50 percent in Fogdaröd Projektutveckling AB.

The zoning plan for Fogdaröd 8:32 is legally valid and permit K-Fastigheter to build approximately 95 apartments in the Group’s proprietary Lateral Low-Rise concept buildings.

Together with Mjöbäcks Entreprenad we share the vision to build sustainable houses and offer good housing with different tenures of housing. We are encouraged by the great demand for newly produced and surface efficient rental apartments in Höör,” says Magnus Persson, business development manager at K-Fastigheter.

The purchase price amounts to approximately SEK 11.5 million with a gross floor area (GFA) of about 7,650 square meters. The rental value is estimated to approximately SEK 12.1 million at completion in 2024. K-Fastigheter has taken possession of the property at the time of contract signing and expects to start construction in the last quarter of 2022.

Also, K-Fast Kilen AB has acquired building rights with a total gross floor area that amounts to approximately 35,750 square meters for construction of rental apartments and semi detached houses in Strängnäs. The properties have received a legally valid zoning plan and K-Fastigheter plans to begin construction in stages starting in 2022.

The K-Fastigheter subsidiary has entered into an agreement with Kilenkrysset AB for the acquisition of the properties Strängnäs 3:21 and others. Kilenkrysset AB owns 49 percent of K-Fast Kilen AB. The acquisition takes place through a company transaction and the underlying property value amounts to approximately SEK 96.5 million.

The zoning plan allows for a gross floor area (GFA) that amounts to approximately 32,600 square meters for construction of about 350 rental apartments in the Group’s proprietary Lateral Low-Rise and Apartment Block concept buildings and about 3,150 square meters for semi detached houses.

K-Fastigheter expects to take possession during the first quarter of 2022 and plans to begin construction in stages in 2022.
