K-Fastigheter has entered into an agreement to acquire Christianstads Fastighets AB with the properties Stafvre 7 and others in central Kristianstad. The properties consist of 105 apartments, as well as two preschools with recently signed lease terms of 20 years. The lettable area is approximately 9,000 square meters, and the annual rental value is approximately SEK 13.4 million.

“We are pleased to become the owner of well-managed properties including rental apartments and preschools in Parkstaden, an attractive location close to both the Central Hospital and Kristianstad Central. With this acquisition we strengthen our position in Kristianstad and have a good complement to our portfolio in the municipality,” says Magnus Persson, Business Development Manager at K-Fastigheter.

The acquisition takes place through a company transaction and the underlying property value amounts to approximately SEK 227 million. K-Fastigheter will take possession on 1 April 2022.
