Norwegian Investor Purchases in Denmark

Denmark — Norwegian Pareto Securities has completed their first large direct investment in Denmark, 60,000 sqm logistics.

The Pareto-company Ventrupparken Logistics A/S purchases the logistics property Ventrupparken 3 in Greve’s industrial area. The toy company Top-Toy A/S rents the whole property on a 15-year triple net lease.

The public valuation is MDKK 210 (€28M) but the purchase price is possibly higher because of the solid tenant and the lease’s duration.
