Firstly, M2-Kodit has signed agreement on the development of a residential property with construction company EKE-Rakennus. The property comprises 58 rental apartments and it is located in the Olari district in Espoo.

Secondly, M2-Kodit and construction company Peab have signed an agreement on the development of 93 rental apartments in the Hervantajärvi district in Tampere. The construction of the Lyyranpyrstö 2 will start in January 2022 and it will be completed in June 2023.
