“We are glad to have been appointed to continue the expansion of the area. Kysthus III gets the same sculptural look as the previous houses and a spectacular view of Öresund and Copenhagen. A building out of the ordinary,“ says Catarina Molén-Runnäs, Head of NCC Building Nordics.
There has been a great interest in living in the area.
"The sale of the apartments exceeds our expectations. The apartments, the sea and nature close to the city also make the area one of the most attractive in Copenhagen and Denmark. There are interested buyers, which is why we are starting the construction of Kysthus III. The project will be a landmark for Copenhagen and contribute to giving Danica’s pension customers a good return," says Michael Nielsen.
The apartments, which are built in three clusters, are designed by Lundgaard & Tranberg Architects, All apartments are unique, and they vary in size from 160 to 340 square meters.
Construction starts in February and the project is expected to be completed by the end of 2024.
The assignment is a turnkey contract and the order value of approximately SEK 540 million will be registered during the first quarter of 2022 in the NCC Building Nordics business area.
