The 16,180 sqm property, Niels Bohrs Vej 37, Skanderborg, has been bought from Hanssen Logistik, part of the Hanssen Ejendomme property company, for €12 million (DKK 96,000,000).
Located in Skanderborg's industrial area of Stilling, it comprises an 8,223 sqm cross-dock warehouse with 1,857 sqm of offices and storage occupied by DHL and BFT Logistik & Ejendomme, as well as a new 6,100 sqm warehouse let to Dan-Form A/S.
