On a land area of 11,300 square meters, three buildings with a total of 10,000 square meters of lettable area are located in a very attractive location next to Slottsskogen, the Botanical Garden and the Ängsgården nature reserve.
The property is rented predominantly by the University of Gothenburg, which plans to move its operations to new premises on Medicinareberget. Skandia Fastigheter sees opportunities to add new value by developing the property for new businesses. As part of Skandia Fastigheter's environmental and sustainability work, Botan will be inventoried with the intention of certifying the buildings. The opportunities to work with health promotion measures together with current and future tenants will also be evaluated.
