Priorparken 800 is a 14,703 sqm multi-let warehouse asset located in Priorparken, which is close to the Copenhagen ring-road and a popular area for last-mile logistics and distribution businesses.

LiteCom, which provides TV production and lighting for specialist events like the Eurovision Song Contest, has taken 3,027 sqm on a seven-year lease while the global E-sports network provider, BLAST, has taken 2,495 sqm on a 5.5 year lease. Including these new occupiers, there are now three tenants at Priorparken, leaving 3,500 sqm of space still available.

The property comprises warehouse facilities with 10 metre ceiling height on the ground floor, the upper floor is devoted to administrative and office activities, all contained within a secure perimeter.

Commenting on the lease, Daniel Ewerlof, Portfolio Manager, Nordics for Cromwell, said: “We are delighted to welcome these two local businesses to Priorparken 800. The location of the property and the configuration of the warehouse and other space make it perfectly suited to have a set of diverse tenants and businesses, everything from logistics and transport to modern businesses focusing on modern technologies/graphics.”

Priorparken is named after the engineer Peter Prior, who in 1891 founded the company which is now known as NKT. Originally known as the Brass Factory, it was used to manufacture cables more than 100 hundred years ago.

EDC Erhverv acted on behalf of Cromwell.
