Stendörren acquires in Copenhagen.

Stendörren Fastigheter has acquired the warehouse property Paul Bergsöes Vei 8 in Glostrup, Copenhagen from a private seller.
The property will be Stendörren's sixth acquisition in the attractive Copenhagen region. The agreed property value amounts to DKK 24.6 million, corresponding to approximately SEK 34 million, and the total lettable area amounts to 2,597 square meters.
The property is fully let to a tenant on a lease that runs through December 2025.
