The property complements Stendörren's existing portfolio in the Copenhagen region well. The agreed property value amounts to DKK 20 million, corresponding to approximately SEK 28 million, and the total lettable area amounts to 1,716 square meters. The property is fully let to a tenant on a lease that runs until June 2032.

Following the acquisition, Stendörren's portfolio in the Copenhagen region consists of 7 properties with a total lettable area of approximately 27,000 sq.m.

Access is expected to take place on 1 July 2022
