"With this deal, we welcome Broskeppet as the new owner in Klövern. At the same time, we get a very interesting stock of rental housing in attractive locations in the Stockholm region," says Patrik Mellgren, CEO of Klövern.
There are 321 apartments in Solna in the Rovan 2 property and 156 apartments on Värmdö, the Brunn 1: 852 property. The apartments have a total living area of approximately 19,900 square meters and an underlying property value of just over SEK 1,200 million. When the homes are completed, the expected net operating income amounts to approximately SEK 37 million per year.

The homes on Värmdö are aimed at seniors - 55 plus - who are expected to have low relocation and stable finances," says Patrik Mellgren.
"It is with great pleasure that we become partners in Klövern through the deal. The company has the potential to become one of Sweden's largest housing companies.
