The transaction value of the deal amounts to SEK 268 million (€28,46 M) and the acquisition is carried out initially unleveraged with own cash.

Portfolio's total rental value amounts to 21.7 MSEK, with an occupancy rate of 100 percent of the dwellings and 98.6 percent for the commercial premises.

Most of the properties are located in the central parts of Värnamo.
