The underlying property value amounts to SEK 42.9 million. The total lettable area amounts to approximately 7,600 square meters with a total annual rent of SEK 5.9 million.

The Rönneholm 6: 2 property is located in Stehag in Eslöv municipality and includes Rönneholm's castle and associated buildings. The Ringsjön institution is a class 3 women's institution with 40 places. The lease agreements with the Swedish Prison and Probation Service extend to July 2026 and cover approximately 2,200 square meters of lettable area with an annual rental value of SEK 3.4 million.

The other tenant, Nämndemansgården, runs a treatment home for women with alcohol and drug problems. The lease agreement covers approximately 3,300 square meters of lettable area and extends until the turn of the year 2023/24, with an annual rental value of SEK 2.5 million.
