Leppävaara in Espoo is an important market area for Toivo. Urban development is focused on the area around the railway, and Toivo has had close cooperation with the landowners of Kilonkartano in Espoo. The development work with Kilonkartano has enabled Toivo to play a significant role as a developer of Leppävaara.
