Farsta is one of the focus areas in the general plan for the city of Stockholm, and the area is to be developed with housing, workplaces, increased trade and sports and culture. The district is important in the development of Söderort, where the 2013 Stockholm negotiations and investments in the subway enable extensive housing additions.
"We are happy about the trust to be involved in developing Farsta further. The area fits well into our land strategy and our ambitions to strengthen our presence in the south," says Mårten Othérus, head of business development at Nordr.
The land reference is located on Filipstadsbacken in Larsboda within walking distance to the commuter train and subway station Farsta Strand.
"We look forward to developing the detailed plan together with the city of Stockholm and other developers in the detailed planning area," says Charlotte Danielsson, business developer at Nordr.
Nordr will give the area a new offer with modern and climate-smart homes that will be Swan Ecolabelled. Detailed planning work will begin in autumn 2022 and the project is part of a larger detailed plan.
