Sophia Mattsson-Linnala has years of experience from leading positions in the real estate business. She has previously been the CEO at Sollentunahem and Botkyrkabyggen as well as Finance and Economy Manager at Sabo. Sophia Mattsson-Linnala will assume the position on February 23rd 2017 at the latest.
 
Meanwhile Rikshem’s owner, AMF and the AP4 fund announced that they intend to elect a new board for the company as well.
 
The new board members will be:
Bo Magnusson, Chairman of the Board at SBAB Bank and at Carnegie Investment Bank.
Lena Boberg, CEO at Ica Fastigheter.
Liselotte Hjorth, Chairwoman of the Board at White Arkitekter.
Per-Gunnar Persson, CEO at Platzer.
 
The following members will be reelected:
Ulrika Malmberg Livijn, General Counsel, AP4 fund.
Ebba Hammarström, Administration Manager, AMF.
 
Rikshem is one of Sweden’s largest private real estate companies. The company owns about 25,300 residential apartments to a value of approximately SEK 29 billion (€3.1 billion).
