It started with SBB purchasing Kallhäll’s Centrum outside of Stockholm. The Kallhäll investment will be a part of a HSB cooperation.

They continued with additional deals where SBB purchased 144 apartments in Nykvarn, where they also will develop another 130 apartments in the area.

In Karlstad SBB purchases 244 apartments on an area of 18,000 sqm.

Also in Gothenburg do they purchase 18,000 sqm, where Alecta is the seller. The properties are SBB’s first investment in Gothenburg. The tenant in the properties is Västra Götlandsregionen.

“I’m happy that we have taken the step and invested in the first properties in Gothenburg. With Alecta as the previous owned we take over well managed properties in attractive areas,” says Ilija Batljan, CEO and founder of Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget.

SBB has also invested in 147 residential apartments in the costal city of Oskarshamn. SBB bought the apartments from Varbergs Stenfastigheter.
